As soon as I saw people post pictures of the ice castles up in Midway I knew we had to go. Hadley is sooo obsessed with the movie Frozen right now, and her favorite princess makes an ice castle. Family date it was!
Just seeing her face when she first saw the outside of the castles was priceless. It is so fun taking her to things and seeing her reactions.
It was a sunny day so it was melting, but it was still freezing!! They were pretty cool to look at.
There were some parts that had deep snow you had to walk through or if you are Hadley had to play in.
It didn't take too long for us to need our hats on.
Hadley didn't quite understand why she kept getting in trouble for pulling icicles off the wall.
Finally we found Olaf from her movie. She was pretty stoked! Although she did want to take his hand...
Pretty soon we grabbed Hadley a hot doughnut and headed to the car to defrost. We headed into Park City for some dinner. It was well worth the trip and a fun family day.
