20 Months!

Another month down...summer is too short!

Hadley is such a ham.  I say it every month but she literally makes friends wherever we go and isn't afraid to flirt to get a little attention.  She has become a little crazy in stores and sometimes I just have to let her go.  Who am I to stop her from having so much fun running under racks of clothes??
She is still obsessed with rocks.  There is one park we go to and it takes me forever to get her in the park.  She gets distracted by all of these rocks!  She also loves the sand box...which isn't my favorite.  Too many mean boys throwing sand!  Speaking of, when I have to tell Hadley to be nice or stop being naughty she immediately stops what she is doing, smiles, waves, and says "hi."  Kind of adorable.
She loves watching the older kids and trying to do exactly what they do.  She is not shy!  If she wants someone to play with her, wherever we are, she will grab their hand and take them to play.
She gets so proud of new things she discovers.  Like sticking her finger through a muffin.  She has started saying "that? that?" and pointing to whatever she wants to know about.  So we spend a lot of our day telling her what anything and everything is.  Hadley is becoming more and more a daddy's girl.  When she wakes up in the morning it is always "dada?" even though he is 99% of the time not there.  She can't get enough of him.
 Still loving the pool!
And those darn goldfish!  I thought she had gotten over them for a few days and then the obsession was back with a vengeance.  Ask Jonas how he felt when he ate them all and then Hadley spend 2 days asking for fishies.
She's just too cute in her coverup.  Until she figured out how to unzip it and would run away naked.  Still at the pool.
She is very good at entertaining herself.  But then when she wants you to play with her she will come grab your hand, sit down, and pat the ground next to her for you to join.  And if you sit in the wrong spot she will let you know.
Some of Hadley's new words are dance, mammy (grandma), Jackie, eat, drink flowers, and heck if I can think of more.  She loves to dance still but if I pull out the camera it is game over.  Some of our favorite moves are the fist pump, hair whip, head bang, and booty shake.

She was terrified of this lounger when my mom first got it but loves it now.  Especially when she is chilling with Larry.
We both were super sick for a week and spent too much time watching elmo.  She just breaks your heart when she is throwing up.  She would sign "all done" to me and with those big brown eyes I couldn't take it. We are sick of being sick around here!!
My mom got Hadley this water table and of course she loved it!
For the 4th we didn't do anything special besides a bbq with friends.  Hadley's day was made by being able to push her own cart around the store.  Of course she magically found the fishy aisle and scored some chocolate fishies.  Spoiled.
Love her!
