We knew we would be heading back to Logan for Homecoming long ago. I really wanted to drive Jonas's work truck in the parade like we have done for the last 4 years, but Jonas had races so we got to just watch it for the first time.
Hadley and I headed up on Friday to do dinner with Amy and Ms. Blayklee. This was seriously the best picture we could get of them together. Blayklee makes Hadley look like a giant!
We stayed at our next door neighbor's house, and I had been worried that Hadley would freak out that we couldn't go home. She cried a little bit about wanting to go to "Hadley's house" but when it came down to it she was fine and I was the one who got really sad.
On Saturday we met up with the Browns at the parade. These 2 girls are so cute together.
Especially when the busted out the dance moves. A LOT of candy will do that to you.
After locating some Aggie gear and a nap for the goobs, Jonas had made it up and it was time for the game!
We love being in the box but never more so than when it dumps outside! We killed Weber so it made the game kind of boring at the end but the first half was a lot of fun. It is so nice seeing the stadium packed (unlike when we cheered).
Hadley, per usual, found a few boyfriends to keep her entertained for the whole night. She was EXHAUSTED on Sunday.
After very little sleep, we got up Sunday morning to eat at our favorite restaurant before heading home. It was so fun to see all of our friends, but it made me really, really homesick. This too shall pass...right?
