Hadley had her very first dance recital this past weekend. I was a little worried how she would do in front of so many people, but as soon as she saw my cousin's daughter do her dance she kept asking if it was her turn yet. She was obviously so excited.
She had to sit on the side for about a half hour before it was her turn. She was the one kid shaking her booty while everyone else was sitting. She may have also been the kid that took off across the floor during another dance...
When it was time to go she walked right out and waved at us. Jonas and I had run to the front to film her, but then she happened to be behind a tall girl and we had a hard time filming her. So don't mind the crappy videography. I was holding the camera and my phone leaning over some poor guy trying to get her. (She is the one in the back)
She did fabulous, of course, and was so excited to see what her daddy had brought her. She is quick to inform everyone that it isn't a flower, it is a red rose.
We were both so proud of her!
Afterwards she got to hang out at the carnival with her cousins and eat lots of sugar. Happy Hadley=tired mommy and daddy.
Love our little dancing queen!
