It never ceases to amaze me how long you prepare for Christmas and then it is over before you know it. It is hard to try and fit everything in when we are down in B-town...but we do our best.
First was a cousin/aunt get together. Girl time is always a good thing in my book.
We headed to City Creek to eat dinner (Blue Lemon=yummy!) and see the lights. There were soooo many people at Temple Square that we just did a quick walk through. Plus Jonas got called into work so we had to make it quick.
Right before Christmas the snow started coming...and coming...and coming. Hadley LOVES it and loves shoveling.
My parents have a tiny hill in their backyard so we stared there. She had a blast so we got her a big sled for Christmas. Now it is far too cold to go sledding. Go figure.
We had to decorate gingerbread men. Hadley's was in fact covered with candy at one point believe it or not.
She also got Santa's cookies ready. She insisted on pink cookies with pink sprinkles. Apparently the whole bottle of sprinkles.
After our cookie decorating Hadley had WAY to much energy (on top of no nap). We just had to laugh at her running around like a crazy person.
On Christmas Eve we started out at the Harmon's.
And then it was time for my mom's annual Christmas Eve party. This night is by far one of my favorites of the year. A bunch of family, food, games, and fun!
Then while we were sleeping Santa came!! And spoiled all of us!
You spend the most money on the fancy stuff, and then the kids like the cheapest stuff...but as long as she is happy!
We did white elephants at my aunt's house, and this was the present I ended up with. I knew I had to put them in Jonas's sock. So funny!!
Hadley driving around her choo choo.
And she got another choo choo pillow. She is obsessed with these things!
Then back out to the Harmon's for round 2! More presents and more food!
Finally just a little R&R before the day was over.
Another amazing Christmas!
