This weekend we were lucky enough to go to Park City for a work trip with ARS. We headed up Friday and started at the Olympic Park.
We watched the arial ski jumpers for a bit.
Hadley was such a good girl and hung out in her stroller most of the time. She completely missed her afternoon nap but only fussed for a few minutes the whole day.
My favorite was the big zip line. So fun. We also did another shorter zip line, the alpine slide, and the bobsled (pretty much the craziest ride ever). Such a cool experience and I even have some battle wounds from Jonas's shoes digging into my legs the whole time.
Jonas filmed his trip.
Riding up the lift...
We stayed in a lodge at the Canyons. Our room was really nice and of course was overrun by baby stuff in .2 seconds.
My fort so Hadley would nap. She stayed up late Friday and got up early Saturday because she could see us and thought it was pretty funny. This worked like a charm.
You can't put a remote or phone anywhere in her sight or she will find a way to get it.
See?
The view from our hotel. Besides Olympic Park, we hit up downtown Park City, the outlet malls (where Hadley got more clothes then we get in a year), went swimming, and ate at a really nice restaurant right by our lodge. There was a wine festival that we thought would be fun to walk around but tickets were $100 each (really?).
This morning since Hadley was with my mom and Larry we went for a short bike ride. Short since the universe hates me I got a cold on Friday and felt pretty crappy all weekend. Not to mention I had to work Thursday night so I had no sleep. But it was still a fun trip and nice to get away with our family of 3.
And the highlight? Finding Alvin a girlfriend.
Meet Brittany.
